The MEDICOR Neonatal Warming and Resuscitation Table is engineered to provide optimal thermal care and clinical efficiency for new born resuscitation and postnatal treatment. Built on a robust mobile stand with four anti-static swivel castors (two lockable, 150 mm), the unit ensures smooth manoeuvrability and secure positioning in demanding clinical environments. Protector bumpers on each side and a side handle/rail allow safe and easy positioning around the patient.
The infant lying surface features an anti-decubitus mattress that is fully X-ray compatible, supporting uninterrupted diagnostic procedures. A drawable X-ray cassette tray (35 × 65 cm) is integrated beneath the bed for convenient imaging. Four foldable side walls (17.5 cm height) provide patient safety, while manual continuous cradle tilting up to 10° in both directions enhances clinical positioning. Measurement lines, tube ports, and a rear name plate further improve usability and workflow efficiency.
A vertical column integrates the control system and display, including two monitor shelves and an IV pole. The 5-inch monochrome LCD screen displays key parameters such as set temperature, actual temperature, heating status, APGAR timing, and date/time. Graphic trend visualization for 3, 24, and 170 hours supports continuous monitoring and clinical review. The water-resistant, foil-covered soft-touch control panel includes safety lock, self-test, silence, and reset functions for reliable operation.
The overhead heater system features two ceramic heaters placed in a parabolic reflector and protected by a safety grid, delivering consistent and efficient radiant warmth. The heater head can be rotated by 30°, 90°, or 120° in both directions for optimal positioning. Integrated dimmable halogen and LED observation lights provide bright or soft illumination for procedures without disturbing the infant.
Advanced temperature regulation includes automatic warm-up, pre-warm mode (33°C), and manual heating control (0–100%). Both surface and skin temperature servo control modes are supported, with override ranges of 30–38°C and 34–38°C respectively. The unit supports both reusable and disposable skin temperature sensors.
Safety is central to the MEDICOR Neonatal Warming and Resuscitation Table. Visual and audible alarms monitor high/low temperature, multiple air temperature sensors, skin and mattress temperature, technical faults, mains failure, sensor errors, SpO₂, oxygen sensor failure, scale failure, and backup over-heat protection. A state-of-the-art microprocessor controller with an intelligent operating system performs continuous self-diagnostics, ensuring dependable performance at all times. The system is supplied with multilingual software versions, user manual, power cable, and fuse.
